Simeon Perkins was a prominent figure in Nova Scotia's history. Perkins played a crucial role in defending the town of Liverpool during various conflicts. He meticulously documented his life through a diary and recorded that in 1799 he fills his tea chest and describes the tea.  Queens Coast has brought this tea back to life in honour of him.  It is a premium black tea, charaterized by fruity and aromas and hints of carmel.  Flavour notes of raisins, cherry and dark chocolate are prominent in this very unique tea.
