This is an incredible blend of healing herbs and warming spices designed for Canadian winters. Cinnamon, rosehips, astragalus, licorice root, ginger root, hibiscus, peppermint, tulsi, cardamom pods. Let's break it down.....


Cinnamon- a spice that has been prized for its medicinal properties for thousands of years that is loaded with powerful antioxidants


Rosehips- Rosehips have been used in traditional medicine to heal a variety of ailments including soothing sore throats.


Astragalus- Astragalus is a herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It has been know to help treat fatigue, allergies and the common cold.
