Let's start at the beginning. Loose leaf tea is tea that is not prepackaged in tea bags. Loose leaf is well, loose, which means it isn't crushed to fit into a bag. This allows the tea to keep its aroma, flavour and health benefits.

Tea bags typically contain smaller, broken leaves or tea dust which when infused lacks the complexity and depth of flavour vs the larger leaves that can unfurl completely in the water allowing for better extraction and a richer fuller taste.

Since the loose leaf leaves are often higher quality and less processed, you are receiving the full potential of teas health benefits.

Is it time for you to cut loose and experience a whole new world of flavour compounds and health benefits?
